Review and assess existing Governance and strategic planning processes against those recommended by COBIT and ITIL. Identify planning processes, activity goals and key process performance indicators that are not in place and develop recommended strategies and priorities to define and implement required governance and strategic planning processes that will position the organization to successfully implement and utilize their Information Systems resources.
